Jameson brings over a decade of entrepreneurial, advisory and investment banking experience to the Pivot Capital team. Prior to Co-Founding Pivot Capital, Jameson founded H&A Capital Group, a boutique Mergers & Acquisitions firm, focused on pre-transactional consulting and fractional CFO services. During his time with H&A Capital, Jameson worked closely with entrepreneurs and family-owned businesses on growth strategy and pre-market positioning, across a variety of industries. Based out of Atlanta, Jameson focuses his attention on developing relationships with business owners, management teams and key networking partners across Pivot Capital’s core industry verticals. Jameson currently sits as the sub-chair for the Alliance of Mergers & Acquisitions Advisors, Atlanta Chapter, which has helped in the process to position Pivot Capital as a go to resource for like-minded advisors within both the AM&AA as well as the Exit Planning Institute.
Jameson graduated from Auburn University, where he received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and a Master of Business Administration. Prior to Auburn, Jameson attended Troy University where he was a member of the Division I baseball team.
